How this was made:
This beautiful zodiac dragon was handsculpted with polymerclay around a wire armature, then painted with acrylics and glitters before being glazed once with polyurethane varnish and again with epoxy resin, to ensure maximum strength and durability of its spines and limbs.
Personality:
The Virgo personality (that this dragon is depicting) is one of methodical attention to detail in service of the greater good. They are perfectionists, and as it belongs to the earth element, Virgo is a calm and grounded personality who can understand exactly how the physical world works. Their work ethic is unparralleled and they exhibit the feminine traits of their symbol (the virgin) through their modesty, humanity and compassion.
Depiction:
As the symbol of Virgo is the virgin lady, this dragon has various feminine attributes. Its spines have been made more to resemble golden flowing locks and its body is peachy pink and adorned with roses. As she belongs to the earth element, she has pretty green eyes and green glittery highlights, along with her flowers which bring a soft feminine side to the element of earth. In the middle of her forehead is also carved the symbol of Virgo.
